Re-link Fitbit to 10K Activity Program

I have tried to sync my Fitbit to the 10K Activity Program and I have ensured that the Fitbit steps appear in the Fitbit app. What can I do?

After unlinking the Fitbit in the 10K Activity program under My Preferences go to the Fitbit web page and revoke access for Cornerstone Fitness by going to Settings then Applications. Finally go back to the 10K Activity Preferences page and link the Fitbit again.
